AVINTUS TRAVELS

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective date: 22 October 2026

1. About Us

These Terms & Conditions govern enquiries, quotations, bookings and travel-related services arranged through AVINTUS TRAVELS, a travel brand operated by AVINTUS INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED (operating under the travel brand AVINTUS TRAVELS) (“Avintus”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Contact: info@avintustravels.com.

2. Acceptance

By requesting a quotation, making a payment or confirming a booking, the customer (“you” or “traveller”) agrees to these Terms and to the specific itinerary, quotation, invoice, booking confirmation and supplier terms disclosed for that booking. If a booking-specific term conflicts with these general terms, the booking-specific term will apply to the extent permitted by law.

3. Quotations and prices

Quotations are based on the itinerary, travel dates, availability, exchange rates, taxes and supplier prices known when issued. Unless expressly stated otherwise, a quotation is not a confirmed reservation and may change before confirmation. Any exclusions, taxes, surcharges or optional services will be stated in the quotation or invoice. A price change will be communicated before the customer is asked to accept or pay the changed amount.

4. Booking and confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when Avintus has accepted it in writing and the required payment has been received, subject to supplier confirmation. Hotels, airlines, transport operators, activity providers and other suppliers may have separate terms and availability requirements. Customers should review the names, dates, services and passenger details on each confirmation promptly and report errors without delay.

5. Payments

Payment amounts, due dates, instalments, taxes and accepted payment methods will be stated in the quotation or invoice. Reservations may not be ticketed or confirmed until the applicable payment clears. If an instalment is overdue, Avintus may notify the customer and, where permitted by the booking terms and applicable law, suspend or cancel unconfirmed services and recover supplier charges already incurred.

6. Travel documents and visas

Travellers are responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring passports, visas, permits, insurance and other documents meet destination and transit requirements. Visa assistance, where offered, is not a guarantee of visa issuance or entry. Government fees, application-centre fees and services already performed may be non-refundable where disclosed and permitted by law. Avintus is not responsible for a decision made by an embassy, consulate, border authority or airline.

7. Changes and special requests

Requests to change names, dates, destinations, hotels or other arrangements must be submitted in writing. Changes depend on supplier approval and availability and may incur supplier penalties, fare differences, administration charges or other disclosed costs. Special requests are requests only and are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

8. Supplier services and itinerary changes

Many travel services are delivered by independent suppliers. Their applicable conditions, operational decisions and safety requirements also apply. If a supplier changes or cancels a service, Avintus will communicate material information received and, where applicable, assist with available alternatives or refund processes. Itineraries may need reasonable adjustment due to weather, transport schedules, safety, government restrictions or circumstances outside our control.

9. Traveller responsibilities

Travellers must provide accurate information, follow supplier and local laws, observe safety instructions, arrive on time and behave respectfully. Additional costs resulting from incorrect details, late arrival, missed departures, denied boarding, unlawful conduct or failure to carry required documents may be the traveller’s responsibility, subject to applicable law and supplier terms.

10. Insurance and health

We strongly recommend appropriate travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, evacuation, baggage and disruption. Unless expressly included in writing, insurance is not part of the booking. Travellers should independently assess fitness to travel and any destination-specific health or entry requirements.

11. Complaints and assistance

Please report an issue as soon as reasonably possible so that we can try to assist while the service is operating. For written complaints or assistance, contact info@avintustravels.com and include your booking reference, traveller name and supporting details.

12. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Booking information may be shared with relevant suppliers, payment processors and authorities where necessary to arrange travel, process payments, comply with law or protect against fraud.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. To the extent permitted by law, Avintus is not responsible for the independent acts or omissions of third-party suppliers, or for indirect losses arising from events outside its reasonable control. This clause does not remove any responsibility that applicable law places on Avintus.

14. Events outside reasonable control

Where events outside reasonable control affect travel arrangements—including severe weather, natural events, public-health measures, strikes, conflict, government action or transport disruption—we will explain the options available under the relevant supplier terms and applicable law. Additional costs or refunds will depend on the circumstances and applicable terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are subject to the laws of India, and disputes will be handled by competent courts with jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in this clause removes a consumer’s mandatory statutory rights.

16. Updates and contact

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on our website. The version and booking terms applicable to a confirmed booking will be interpreted subject to applicable law.

Effective date: 22 October 2026.

Important publication note: This is a general business draft, not legal advice. Before publication, confirm the legal entity name, registered address, applicable law, actual operational practices, refund timelines and any charges against your contracts and payment-gateway requirements.
