Payment Schedule
- 1st Payment : ₹20,000/- on Booking
- 2nd Payment : ₹50,000/- Before Visa Process + ₹9,500/- Visa Fees at VFS
*For Single Person ₹75,000/- Before Visa Process + ₹9,500/- Visa Fees
- Final Payment : 50% Immediately After Visa; Balance 45 Days Before Departure.
- Euro 300 (₹27,300) Payable to Tour Manager on First Day of Tour – this amount will be adjusted from total billing.
- Note: After Visa approval, payments must follow schedule. Delay in payment will incur ₹12,500/person/week.
If full payment not received 15 days before departure, booking will be canceled as per policy.
